Thursday 27 August | Arrival Day
Arrive at éL Hotel and Resort, Sanur. Check in, settle into your room, and let Bali do its thing. At 6:30pm we gather for welcome drinks and the official opening of the retreat.

In this high-energy, hands-on session Jessica takes you through the exact physical and verbal techniques that make the difference, whether it's during a pitch, on a stage, in a networking room, on camera. It's always the first seven seconds of any interaction that matters.
You will learn how to project confidence that is felt before it is heard. How to use your body, your voice and your presence to make every room you enter work in your favour. How to stop shrinking, stop over-explaining, and start showing up as the version of yourself your business actually needs you to be.
In this interactive session, you will move, practise, and surprise yourself.
Then we move to dinner, and the conversation continues.
Day 1 Friday 28 August: The Divergent Day
What's Really Going On?
9AM - 2PM
Today we understand and expand what's possible. Then we map what's in the way.
Before we look at what is holding your business back, we need to expand what you believe is possible.
We open Day 1 with a session called The Only Limits Are the Ones in Your Mind: a guided exploration of 10X thinking, stretch possibility, and what your business could look like if you truly believed the ceiling was higher than you have been acting like it is (participants are always blown away by this!)
Then we get honest. Each business takes the hot seat. Together we map the challenges, not the solutions. Solutions don't come until day 2. On this first day, there is no advice, no jumping ahead, just honest, clear identification of what is actually running the show.
We look at all four pillars of your business (Revenue, Profitability, Capacity and Leadership) and we clearly identify where the growth challenges are.
You'll go to bed with the truth on the table and no plan yet. That's on purpose.
Day 2 Saturday 29 August: The Convergent Day
What Are You Going to Do About It?
9AM - 2PM
The problems are mapped. Now we build the plan.
This is where the work gets built. You'll leave Day 2 with an exciting and clear vision of what's possible (the end goal), plus a 12-month strategic roadmap that is specific, sequenced, and built around your actual business.
Private one-on-one mentoring sessions with Kate or Sam are scheduled throughout the day where you can develop specific plans to implement (for example) the steps needed for growth, whether it be AI systems for greater efficiency, profitability measures, or a clear marketing strategy to grow.
By the end of Day 2, the next twelve months of your business exist on paper in a way they did not when you arrived. Most business owners never have this. They run on instinct and urgency and hope. You will run on a clear and empowering plan.

Day 3 Sunday 30 August: The Integration Day
How Do You Make Sure It Happens?
9AM - 2PM
The best plans fail because life resumes when you leave the resort. Day 3 is designed to prevent that.
Your business goes on the table in a mastermind hot seat. The room focuses entirely on your situation, bringing ideas, connections, resources and accountability. You will get perspectives you could not have gotten from inside your own head, from people who are dealing with similar things at the same level.
You will leave with accountability partners and a community structure that keeps you connected after Bali. You'll have an implementation plan that is realistic rather than aspirational. And the kind of momentum that only comes from four days of focused work with the right people around you.

Sam Morris
Sam has 21 years of business ownership turning over seven figures annually, and 12 years of Navy logistics behind her. She is an award-winning coach and mentor.
