Bali 2026
27 Aug - 1 Sept
What would you do with three days and nowhere else to be?

You need this....
Not three days of emails you're ignoring. Not three days of being physically present somewhere while your mind is back in the business putting out fires.
Three actual days. Away from the daily noise. Away from the clients, the admin, the decisions that eat your attention before you've had your first coffee. Away from the version of yourself that's permanently half-present because there's always something else that needs you.
When did you last have that?
When did you last sit down — really sit down — and think clearly about where your business is going and whether the path you're on is actually the one you want to be on?
Most business owners never do. Not because they don't want to. Because the business doesn't stop long enough to let them.
That's what Bali is for.

This isn't a holiday with some business sessions bolted on.
And it's not a conference where you sit in rows and take notes you'll never look at again.
The Thriving Business Intensive is three working days in a private villa in Bali with Kate and Sam and fourteen other business owners who are at exactly the same point you are. Revenue coming in. Clarity going out. Quietly wondering if this is as good as it gets — and refusing to accept that it is.
You won't be handed a workbook and told to figure it out. You'll work through your actual business — your numbers, your bottlenecks, your strategy, your leadership — with two people who have seen every version of the problem you're sitting with and know exactly what to do about it.
You will leave with a plan. Not a folder of ideas. A real, specific, 12-month roadmap built around your business, your constraints, and your goals. With quarterly milestones. With accountability built in. With the clarity that only comes from being fully present somewhere long enough for the answers to actually surface.
The villa takes care of everything else. The food, the transfers, the comfortable space to think. Your only job is to show up and do the work.
Three days. That's all it takes to change the next three years.

You've been in business for at least a year or two. You're generating revenue — somewhere between $20K and $350K+ — and the business is real. It's not a side project. It's your livelihood and your identity and something you've poured an enormous amount of yourself into.
But it's not working the way you hoped. You're making money and it's still tight. You're busy and you're still behind. You're good at what you do and you still feel like you're winging it.
You've tried the courses. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts — including this one. And you're still not sure what's missing or why.
What's missing is time. Focused, uninterrupted time to look at the whole picture with someone who can see what you can't see from inside it.
That's this.
If you're ready to stop managing the chaos and start actually leading your business — this is the room to be in.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ROOM
Day 1 — Friday 28 August: Where Are You Actually?
Most strategy sessions start with where you want to go. This one starts with where you actually are — because you can't navigate from a map if you don't know your current location.
Day one is honest. Sometimes uncomfortably so. We look at all four pillars of your business — Revenue, Profitability, Capacity, Leadership — and we tell you what we see. Not what you want to hear. What's actually there.
You'll identify your real bottlenecks — not the ones you've been focused on, the ones that are actually running the show. You'll understand your unique success formula — the things that are genuinely working that you might be taking for granted. And you'll finish the day knowing exactly where to focus your energy for maximum impact.
This is the session that makes the rest of the retreat possible. Most people leave day one feeling a mixture of relieved and slightly confronted. Both are good signs.
Day 2 — Saturday 29 August: What Are You Going to Do About It?
This is where the work gets built.
You don't leave day two with a list of things to think about. You leave with a 12-month strategic roadmap — specific, sequenced, and built around your actual business, not a generic template.
Quarterly milestones. Resource decisions. The support you need and where to find it. The things to start, the things to stop, and the things to hand over.
By the end of day two, the next twelve months of your business exist on paper in a way they didn't when you arrived. That's not a small thing. Most business owners never have this. They run on instinct and urgency and hope. You'll run on a plan.
Day 3 — Sunday 30 August: How Do You Make Sure It Actually Happens?
Plans don't fail because they're bad plans. They fail because life resumes the moment you get home and the business swallows you whole again before you've implemented a single thing.
Day three is designed specifically to prevent that.
Your business goes on the table in a mastermind hot seat — the room focuses entirely on your situation, your challenges, your next move. You'll get perspectives you couldn't get from inside your own head, from people who are dealing with similar things at the same level.
You'll leave with accountability partners. A community structure that keeps you connected after Bali. An implementation plan that's realistic rather than aspirational. And the kind of momentum that comes from three days of focused work with the right people around you.

You don't depart on Monday morning. You spend Monday doing the work that most people spend the next three months getting around to. Then you leave Tuesday morning with a business that is genuinely further ahead than it was a week ago.

A business consultant charges $300–$500 an hour. Three days of focused strategy, facilitation, and implementation planning at that rate would cost you $7,200–$12,000. And that's without the accommodation, the meals, the community, or the accountability structure that keeps it working after you leave.
The average business owner at your revenue level who doesn't understand their pricing, their systems, or their strategy is leaving between $20,000 and $50,000 on the table every year. Not through bad luck. Through not knowing what they don't know.
Three days in Bali fixes that.
Fifteen participants. Runs once a year. The early bird spots will go first and they won't come back.
THE FULL EXPERIENCE — WORKSHOPS + RETREAT + VIP Day
If you want to arrive in Bali already prepared — do the workshops first.
April through July, Kate and Sam run four quarterly workshops covering every pillar of the retreat content. By the time you arrive in August you won't be starting from scratch. You'll be implementing a strategy you've spent five months building.
Bonus 1: Pre-retreat strategy call
Bonus 2: Post-retreat follow-up call — 30 days after Bali, one of us checks in. Not to make you feel good about how far you've come. To make sure you're actually doing the work.

Kate De Jong
Kate has spent over a decade helping business owners find the clarity, confidence, and strategy to build businesses they actually want to run. She's a PhD, an award-winning coach, a #1 bestselling author, and one of the most emotionally intelligent people you'll have in your corner. She sees the person as clearly as she sees the business — and she knows the two are inseparable.
Sam Morris
Sam has 21 years of business ownership turning over 7 figures annually, and 12 years of Navy logistics behind her. She is an award winning coach, a mentor and a BBus. She has seen every way a business can get stuck and she knows exactly how to unstick it. She doesn't do vague. She finds the bottleneck, builds the system, and makes sure it holds. If your business is running you instead of the other way around, Sam is who you need in the room.
Together they bring something rare — the strategic and the operational, the mindset and the mechanics, the warmth to tell you the truth and the skill to help you do something about it.
One last thing.
You have been keeping this business going through sheer force of will. That says something real about you.
But will isn't a strategy and exhaustion isn't a business model.
You deserve to understand your business clearly. To make decisions with confidence. To lead something you're proud of without it costing you your health, your relationships, or your sense of self.
That's what three days in Bali with the right people can do.
The question isn't whether you can afford to come.
You already know the answer to that.
